EULIS at EMF conference 2012 in Brussels
At the annual EMF conference in Brussels on 15 November 2012, EULIS 2.0 was presented by Rik Wouters and Gerard Leenders.
A good place to be as EULIS 1.0 went live at the similar EMF annual conference of 2006, which illustrates the excellent relations between the both organisations.
Even though the financial market is still in problems, there were many questions about the new possibilities of EULIS 2.0. Even from outside Europe there is a lot of interest about the features of EULIS. Banks still are the key potential users of EULIS and visitors were curious about the new options, the new ways of connection, the strategy for the future and possible news projects to further enhance the services.
Being at such important event, not only reinforces the existence of EULIS, but also stimulates countries to consider connection to the service. New contacts were made and old contacts renewed.
